Our Classes

MAT & BARRE

Our Mat & Barre classes use bodyweight training with props like resistance bands, light weights, balls, and the barre, with infrared heat in select sessions. Sessions combine controlled strength with dynamic movement to build core stability, sculpt and lengthen the body, and improve endurance. With a focus on alignment and precision, they build strong foundations while enhancing flexibility and overall body awareness.

REFORMER

Our Reformer classes use the Pilates reformer machine with adjustable spring resistance to strengthen and lengthen the body. Sessions combine controlled resistance work with dynamic movement to improve balance, coordination, and core stability. We offer Level 1 to Level 3 classes, from beginner to advanced, allowing you to build strong foundations, refine technique, and progress safely as you advance.
